Provides excellent customer service. Aruza really does care about their customers. They try their best to accommodate the customers needs in any way possible. They try to communicate through as many ways possible, whether it's through email, text or voicemail.
Jacob Layne was the absolute professional. I really appreciate his attention to detail as well as his knowledge. He walked me through what i could expect with the service as well what he accomplished. I couldn't have asked for better service... definitely white glove! I hope he continues to service my account.
Solomon and one of his employees came out to our new house after hours to ensure they would be able to spray before we moved in! We saw immediate results with a drop in mosquitos and bugs! Fantastic company and owner!
They were on time very sociable kept in mind they were coming into our home so they covered their feet they were very good
