There was a bit of confusion scheduling the repair once I received the quote. Initially I had indicated I wanted the work done as soon as possible. When I called to accept the price quote I was given a Saturday repair date then on Thursday they came by the house and left a note saying they came to do the repair? I called the office and was assured I was still on the schedule for Saturday. They explained the issue and completed it timely. There have been no other issues.
The response was excellent. They came out within 24 hours to provide an estimate. Due to the severity of the issue they completed the project 2 days later.
Good work and responsive staff. Would recommend, and, if you can, work directly with the very hands-on owner.

This pro was very responsive and I was impressed with HomeAdvisor. My grandson checked the work and he said they did a really good job. The whole job took him about 45 minutes. He fixed a roof leak through the house fan. He purchased materials and completed the work in a timely manner. I would recommend him to others and I have.
Best of two estimates for a very small job. Great customer service and job was completed as expected.
