HORRIBLE BUSINESS. Took off work today (appointment was 10-1) and they decided to cancel the DAY of (mind you talked to 2 ladies this am to confirm the time, which they had wrong, and that not would be later in the day) and then at 11:20 they decided to call and say that the guy left due to a family emergency. This am they said there was a big job. SO what is it? AND it's ok for me to take off work, lose $ on my end and get it thrown in MY Face?? There was no ownership or anything just your loss bye. Absolutely would not recommend. Called yesterday in this heat wave because our air is not working properly and it’s almost 80 degrees in my house and we have two young children and pets. We waited all day for them to come between 1-4pm. We called asking when they would be here and they said soon and they were finishing up with their last customer. Then they called back at 4:30 cancelling on us! Unbelievable. I wish we went with a better company and didn’t wait on these people all day in this heat. Terrible.

We live in a twin, My neighbor is using ASAP to replace a water supply pipe to his house. They need to shut off the supply the night before the fix. When they came out we weren’t home. There are 2 curb keys in the street for either side of the twin. When the plumber came out we weren’t home. He turned both curb keys off leaving us with no water.
