Throughout the entire time of searching for the right home, Monica was so patient yet very knowledgeable. She was very thorough and helpful in what we were looking for. She was always available and open to set a schedule for a viewing or a few. She even went to our closing in case we had questions and was so sweet in that she took pictures of my husband and I signing our papers. Christian was incredible. While we were going through the process of buying a house, it just so happened to be during a hot housing market where some houses got upwards to 43 offers, and listed only for hours. Mark was awesome to work with! He was patient, went out of his way, when we had questions he answered them with an explanation as to why. This was our first home so we had lots of questions. Five stars? Jason deserves 10! I just can't say enough good about Jason....in every way he was amazing! Figured out what my house needed to have done, hired the contractors, took care of everything. Answered my questions by return email, helped me decide important considerations, negotiated the sale start to finish. Rarely are we lucky enough to deal with people who are absolutely superb at their work, but Jason is that person. And oh, BTW, he sold my house in Austin one week smack in the middle of Covid.
