Poor service I lived there for a year and it was one of the worst years of my life. To get someone to fix anything almost takes an act of congress. The office "professionals" are a joke, they will have breakdowns in their water service and all you can get out of them is" is Texas, you should be use to it" that's insane that someone will say when approach with a concern. TERRIBLE!! I've lived here, and the staff is extremely neglectful, by far the worst experience I've had in an apartment. I love the layout of the apartments, just that the staff is so neglectful! I wish I would have had a better experience here, but sadly no. You call them to get maintenance and they NEVER answer the phone, and do not even bother to call you back. I would not recommend anyone live here.
