I had opened my sons savings account through phone and email and it was a smooth transition. I was able to stop into the branch and they gave me a bag of goodies for my son! That was a nice surprise. Whenever I go and do any transaction they are always very polite! Thank you

It was a pretty routine transaction but I did have a check that was sent to my husband who died over a year ago. The teller asked for assistance and, while they were not able, they were very professional and told me what steps I should take to get it reissued. I have always had great service at Accentra.
