Paperwork: The form provided at reception was extremely difficult to read. 2. Technical Issues: The secondary device given to me to fill out my information wouldn't even load the fields, making the check-in process frustrating. 3. Appointment felt rushed. I felt like I wasn’t heard and she just wanted the appointment over. Disappointed and will not be following up.

I came to see Dr Patel, for cosmetic consultation. Office told me she will change 150.00 dollars for consultation. That’s fine so when I see Dr patel and ask questions about what is the best route I can go for deep acne scars. She straight up said laser. Look like she does not want to see me or what but the way she act I did not like her attitude. And keep asking me any more questions. Any more questions. Look like she was in rush.
