This is our first pediatric dentist experience, and I absolutely love the staff at the Easley office. They made my family and I feel right at home and took the time to answer my many questions! Dr. Matt is very genuine and seems to truly care about my children. I would definitely recommend them!
Everyone at Ashby Park is so kind and caring. They truly care about their patients. They do everything they can to make sure my kiddos are happy and comfortable during their visits.
My 1 year old son had his first dentist visit here last week. He didn't cry one time and never even seemed scared. I also switched my other 3 kids to this dentist. My 2 daughter ages 9 and 10 had their appt today and loved it. My 13 year old will have his on Monday. The staff make you feel so welcome. Dr Matt didn't hesitate to answer any of my question. Thank you all so much.
Special thanks to the Anderson location!! Yesterday was my sons first experience with this dentist office following a traumatizing experience that he had at another office over a year ago. Mrs Candice walked my baby through the whole process. She let him know everything she was doing and he even got to help. The office as a whole made everything convenient and comfortable. Today was my 7yr daughter first visit to the dentist . As dental assistant I know I should have taken her earlier but my sweet girl isn't the average kiddo she has autism and she has a great fear of going to pediatrician office so I felt taking her to the dentist could wait.. I always recommend this dentist office to all my friends with children. My children always feel very comfortable when they go into the office. The staff is amazing. We have been going here for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else.
This is my second review of this incredible practice! My daughter needed extensive dental work done on Valentine's Day 2017. We were seen in the Easley office and Dr. Jen was the dentist who performed the surgery on my daughter. Dr. Jen was very thorough in her explanation of what was going to take place. She might my mind at ease about what was going to take place with my 4 year old daughter. The process was completed quickly and she updated us throughout the whole surgery.
