Do not bring your child there. The people in the office are rude and unprofessional. They demand you to ware a mask when you bring your child there. They call police on mother with children because she refuse to wear a mask. This is outrages and violation of human rights. There is no low in the state of SC to wear a masks. Double charged me in December of 2019 for a pre payment of services that I ended up having to pay for a 3rd time since they claim they don’t have a record of the previous payments. I have a statement showing the charged and paid claims from my FSA account which I have provided to them on numerous occasions. Been trying since then to get them to refund me for the mistake. I had previously given the Greenville location a 5 star review due to Dr. Leeann and the amazing, still amazing front staff. My child had some apprehension about his last visit for a second crown and since I wanted to move forward with the visit, instead of being met with patience and understanding it was met with basically just getting it done. Child was traumatized. The on call didn’t return my phone call. I found that his previous dentist as Ashby Park, Dr. Leeann now has an office, Smile Place.
Been using Ashby Park since my boys were babies. They are now 13 and 15. Recommend to anyone looking for pediatric dentist
I would like to know why my honest review of the horrible treatment my 7 year old daughter endured has been taken down. I would NEVER recommend Ashby Park Pediatrics in Easley to work on anyone’s child.
This is so disappointing. We went to the Easley location. They told us they accepted our insurance and we went 3 times. We didn’t find out until 1.5 years later when we received a $1000 bill. No one would work with us over the phone. They didn’t deny that they told us wrong, but were not willing to help at all.
I was referred here by a family member and I can’t seem to understand how they stay in business when I’ve called five times since last week and always get put on hold for twenty minutes or longer just to schedule my children to be seen. After the fifth time calling I’m taking my children elsewhere. The customer service is horrific.
Absolutely ridiculous how this dentist office stays in business. Just called to cancel my son's appointment less than 48 hours before his appointment and oh yeah now they no longer offer friday appointments which is the whole reason we scheduled so far out in advance was to get a Friday appointment. Their customer service is beyond acceptable levels. I can count on one hand how many times this dentist office has behaved like this in the past year alone.
