I went into the store to get a ring sized and it was last minute. Ryan was awesome! He was able to get the ring sized while I waited. It was the best service I could ask for. He understood how important it was and made it a top priority. I'm very grateful. John

I hate the experience of purchasing two things, cars and jewelry. Sales staff is usually disingenuous and the entire process always seems to feel slimy. I have been a customer at Ashcroft and Oak for almost 10 years and have never actually been treated as a customer, I have been a guest. Every encounter with various members of their team have been sincere and I have never felt pressure to purchase. I came into Ashcroft and Oak to find my (now) fiance an engagement ring. I was beyond impressed. Carlie worked with me for over an hour not only helping me find a ring that was perfect for my girl but also taking the time to contact customer service and get me the best price and protection plan. She made multiple phone calls during the hour and I could tell she really wanted to do the best for me. I've come back on several occasions and the staff is so inviting every time. I will always shop for jewelry here!

I have purchased 2 watches from Ashcroft in the Great Lakes mall and I have to say, I am very pleased. So far I have worked with Tiffany, Maria and Carly. They have all been wonderful. I've stopped at this store at least 30 times since I made my first purchase about 6 months ago. Everyone listed has always been more than happy to show me any watch in the cabinet, even after I have already had them pull about 15 out.. I had and continue to have a great experience at Ashcroft and Oak in Mentor Mall. I purchased a beautiful ring from there at a great price and that was the start of my relationship with Ashcroft and Oak. The staff is very welcoming no matter when I stop through there looking at other items. I would recommend Store Manager Tiffany and her staff to anyone. Just bought a new watch from these guys. Just walked in not really expecting to find what I was looking for since I've been all over. The salesman was knowledgeable and was able to find what I've been looking for quickly and in stock and a bit less than I would've expected in price. Very quick service I'd definitely go back.

What was supposed to be a beautiful thing ended up being nothing but a nightmare. My fiance and I had waited a long time to get engaged and I was so looking forward to getting my engagement ring. We have previously bought all of our jewelry and watches at Ashcroft and oak without problems. However, my engagement ring experience has not been the same. I have to admit, the salesman, Kevin, who I bought my watch from was excellent. He was very friendly, he had a great sense of humor, and was willing to spend the time with me while I was making a selection. While I was finalizing my purchase, he informed me of Ashcroft & Oak's 30-day return policy. Bad customerservice buyer beware I spent 8 k $ and they still screwed up my wedding ring don't go to these people you can order designer rings out of a catalog from a real jeweler at half the price! If I could give negative stars I would . On top of screwing up my ring I was lied to about the fact that my ring never fit the diamond because the head was far too big. Instead of them fixing it they told me it was because my diamond wasn't cut perfectly. I wish I had known better
