I would never buy anything at this store!!!! Very poor quality and they don't stand behind their work!!!! My daughter hasn't had her wedding ring a year yet and has already lost 3 stones!!!

I'm not one to write negative things about a company on social media, HOWEVER, I'm beyond fed up. On November 28, 2016 I took my diamond in to Ashcroft and Oak at the Richland Mall because my diamond had a chip out of it. We had previously purchased the full protection plan on this "Canadian Ice" center stone. (This was an upgrade from my original quad.)
