Simply the BEST! The way healthcare was meant to be and should be; about the patient - doctor relationship not about what insurance will pay for or allow. Not about quotas or expectations of number of patients seen per day. Not about average number of minutes per patient. Instead a practice that cares about the WHOLE of you. Over and beyond care! The whole staff is amazing.
Everything. Dr.Brown is amazing. The staff are fabulous. The care I receive here is by far over the top wonderful.
I would recommend this group for anyone who doesn't like being rushed through seeing their caregivers. We have been seeing Dr. Bartow for many years, we look on her not only as our doctor, but as our friend also. We would send any of our friends to see her.
She is a REAL doctor who believes you do have some problmes to address. SO glad I found her. The doctor I left is not even a "shadow" of her.
I am so very happy to have found Dr Brown and Ashewell Medical Group. The way she talks to you and approaches the health issues is unlike anything I have ever experienced. I am energized and tackling the things to give myself a healthier future... and I owe that to having a doctor that cares. As long as she has an office in Asheville, I will be a patient. The highest of recommendations for this practice.
