Terrible experience working with them to purchase a tenant occupied rental. The title was a mess, so bad my long time title company partner would not close the deal. My tenants have never paid a single month of full rent and it seems like they haven't for a long time. Now I have 2 tenants who are 6 months behind on rent and not many options to evict. After speaking with other Ashland clients, this is the norm. Shady company all the way around.
