We have bought both bedroom furniture and livingroom furniture at Ashley in the past 3years. The customer service is fantastic all the way from the showroom to delivery and beyond. I would highly recommend them.

I have purchased from Ashley in the past, but only from the Huntsville, AL store. This store had great sales people who help me pick out two complete rooms and worked within my budget. My new bedroom set rocks and everyone comments on it. Very good quality and I am happy with the price I paid.Overall, I am very happy!Thanks Ashley!
We had a great buying experience! But ... actually getting the product has been a nightmare. Several hours of calling to get answers, never a proactive call from representatives even after recognition there is any issue on their end. 6 weeks after purchase, 3 days of staying home from work for "confirmed" deliveries that never came, promises of phone calls with solutions yet no phone calls, and still not delivered in full. In my opinion...a classic case of bait and switch. Purchased leather LR set (sofa and love seat) and immediately knew something just wasn't right. Two of their furniture "experts" came to my home, on two occasions, and failed to recognize that the physical frame is not the same as the floor model. It is missing supports and sags under the weight of a 6 year old.
