Our experience with Stockton Mortgage and Ashley Higdon was overall great. We had some things take a while and went a while without any communication from Stockton. A little more communication to ensure customers while waiting on third-parties would have gone a long way for us. But in the end we got a great deal on a great place and that's what matters.
