Ashley and here staff actively communicated with me throughout the whole process. Furthermore, Ashley's staff provided guidance and advise on how to handle the transition and payment of my property taxes from my old escrow account to my new account. Ashley's team did a wonderful job scheduling everything with the closing company and provided a unique experience with their online portal and offered assistance with the portal.
Even through these difficult times, when Covid-19 is making it harder to get things done in a timely manner, Ashley Higdon and Stockton Mortgage worked to get me to closing as quickly as possible. I’m thrilled with the interest rate that I acquired and love how thoroughly they went over my loan and explained things to me. They made the process so easy and relieved a lot of the stress a first time homebuyer feels. I highly recommend Ashley and the Stockton Mortgage team!
Even with the pandemic everyone was professional and courteous. Our mortgage was handled professionally and our closing experience was pleasant. Everything went smoothly even though we were going through a private sale.
