The ease of contacting Ashley. She will return your call or text after normal business hours. This is particularly important to the working class in America. All too often offices, banks, insurance companies, local government are closed when I get off from work. I appreciate Ashley's flexible hours so I don't have to take off from my work to conduct business. I am a repeat customer for this reason.
