Staff was friendly. Closing everyone was great and helped me out! But the process was not. Ashley came highly recommended by many friends and family. My experience compared to theirs I truly was questioning if she had something personal against me. Communication, and consistency was lacking.
The hole experience
Waking me up at 4am with a text asking my opinion of your service is not a good idea. What do you care about my opinion anyway. You are a money lender, close or equal to a tax collector. How do you expect people to like you? If you want applause, get a job on stage. I know the hassle with paperwork is not all your fault; it is this crooked world we live in. You did your job, we did ours. Let's get on with life now and forget about patting each other on the back.
