Bill Thomson was the salesman who waited on me. What great customer service he has. He checked to see if it was in Stock and when delivery would be possible plus added my husband's military discount and then gave me what the final bill would be before I commited. They need more like him!

He explained all Finance offers that were available he also explain the guardian program which is an extended warranty. Looking for a reclining chair with ottoman. Found a recliner I liked and bought it. When I get recliner I will buy a ottoman. I bought my household furnishings from Ashley when I relocated from PA to IA.
