Rachel listened patiently while showing us chairs she thought might suit us. Based on what she was hearing, she soon took us to another part of the store to show us a chair that met our expectations. We purchased this chair and anticipate that it will serve our needs well. My salesperson Rachael was exceptional. Greeted us at door, advised of promotions, left us alone to browse, caught up with me shortly later to check on us and then offered a suggestion to a piece based on what I was looking for. Offered price lower than tagged which was what sold me. She was the perfect sales person.
