The two men arrived and brought my chair to the second floor, took all the covering off put the feet on and were gone, no problems, very polite and were careful not to hit the walls!! Very good. Thank you

The store closest to us didn't have what we were looking for but they let us know that there were some in Pittsburgh, so we made the trip that evening . So glad we did ! Diane Stumpf greeted us at the door, we showed her what we were looking for and she took us right to it . It was close to closing time and she didn't rush us at all, answered every question and even gave us a few tips about the care of the material. My Wife and I were looking for living room furniture. We went to two different stores, when we decided to stop at Ashley. Joan, our Sales Person, spoke with us briefly, and let us shop. Joan was in the area whenever we had a question concerning color, or fabric. In the end, we purchased living room furniture from Ashley. We thought that it was a great experience, due to the fact we were able to shop, yet have any questions answered quickly.
