The sales associate, Chase, was very helpful & knowledgeable.. my husband & I were shopping for 2 mattresses to replace in our 2 spare bedrooms .. we didn’t want to invest a substantial amount for these mattresses that wouldn’t be used very much .. we expected our salesman to go through the whole conversation to convince us to invest in better mattresses. Mr. Brown was amazing and knowledgeable about all the couches that I was looking at. He cater to my wishes as to what I was looking for and I ended up finding the perfect couch. I commend him on his customer service.
We were pleased with the service we received. The Salesperson was genuinely nice and helpful. We purchased two power reclining leather sofas and delivery is not that far away.
