We were greeted by a sales rep as soon as we entered the store. He directed us to the mattress section at the back of the store. He was congenial and knowledgeable as he answered all our questions, helped us test mattresses and adjustable frames. He also carefully explained all the features, bed accessories and warranties. We left excited to test our new bed when it arrives on a date that is convenient for us.
You have a wonderful store with a large selection. My salesman, Lloyd Staples was very knowledgeable and was around when I needed him but not pushy. I respected that. The bonus was the great sale today. Thank you and looking forward for my delivery and it’s only going to be 3 days to receive. I will def return and asking for Lloyd.
Luckily, when we first entered John V. Shults, we met Lloyd! We were searching for a forever bed, and he was very knowledgeable of all the product lines and quite patient with us! Thankfully, because we were split; Box spring or Purple, so many choices: yet, Lloyd’s manner thoroughly laid out all the options, and we ended up with us choosing a product we’ll be comfortable with for a long time to come!
