Janice was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She made the overwhelming process of buying a mattress much simpler, and she worked on matching prices quotes from other mattress stores in the area. She went above and beyond in communicating with us, too. If you go to Ashley, ask for Janice!
We are new to the Kansas area, we visited Ashley Homestore. Janice was especially helpful, she went above and beyond to ensure that we got the help we needed, delivery was prompt and exceptional. Military families ask for Janice she is the best!
We like our furniture and the quality seems good. My only complaint is the delivery. Our furniture was sat down on the dirty sidewalk outside our house without anything covering it to protect the fabric. When the couch was finally lifted, the pillows fell off into the yard leaving debris on them. The delivery men did not take off their shoes, leaving mud on my new rug that was also delivered.
