I drove two hours to this location because Ashley is a family name that I grew up knowing. Since my purchase, I’ve contacted the store three days in a row and they continue to say “the person you need to speak with will give you a call back” three days later no one has called me. All of this over a $230 price match. I feel that this is the most unprofessional customer service I’ve ever experienced. Next time I’ll just go to Nebraska Furniture Mart, they sell Ashley furniture for less.
