Best furniture buying experience I have had! A salesperson (Roger) helped us right away, found out what we were looking for and helped us find the best sleeper couch in our price range, while also pointing out other options that might work in the small space. Loved all the options, and they were so kind as we shopped with a 2 year old.
My family and I walked in Kapolei Store and love working with Gina, she is very , very helpful. I had a problem with my furniture and she took care of the probably immediately. Today I went in to buy some other pieces, and again was greeted by Gina, awesome face to see when you walk in, always smiling and always so helpful. I should have given them a five star if only they have the items that I want. during this black friday sales event . The sales lady (RBA) was very efficient ,helpful and nice to deal with the transaction explaining the details of the availability and delivery of the item that I choose to buy .
