Horrible experience with Dr. Estrada. He was dismissive, rude, condescending, and unwilling to look further into or confirm my condition beyond a 2-second glance, offered no education, and offered no alternative or collaborative solutions. I have never written a negative review, but I felt compelled to do so after leaving the appointment feeling defeated and unheard.
Although my insurance paid, I was shocked when I got the EOB and saw the absolutely outrageous charges. $528.36 for an office visit! Really? 45-59 minutes? No way This place is a rip off.
ONE LIE AND $350 CHARGE LATER. Was told I would ha e to pay office fee ($40) to RE-freeze one wart since it had been over 6wks. Was alright with that. Was NOT alright with the $350 charge and my subsequent $100 bill for their refreshing the same wart they charged me $350 for the first time. They were a bit pricey for their services the first time, second was a complete rip off for 2 blasts of cold from a $16 spray can off Amazon, especially considering they assured me the bill would only be $40, then added on $350 to my b... read more
I went because I thought I had cyst on my neck. Dr sent me to Unity for xray of it. The nurse said I could just go there and they would xray it. Drove to hospital they said no I have to have appointment because the Dr didn't write Stat on the orders. Had to wait few days but got appointment. Had it done Monday so I waited until Wednesday and called Dr asking about what xray showed. The front desk ask nurse if the report was there.
