Ashley Taylor kept her word in closing on my loan before I had to leave town to be with my mother who is fighting cancer. Also she was able to get me the lowest rate at the time when I was looking to buy my new home. In fact she even had everything ready to go a day earlier then expected! I would recommend her to all my friends and family.

Ashley and her team worked tirelessly and efficiently helping navigate the many steps of the loan. She explained all the steps in detail; she was patient and understanding during the process. Without Ashley’s persistence, knowledge, and caring nature the process would have been a nightmare. I am pleased with how Ashley handled our loan. Ashley was prompt on moving us through the loan process and answering our questions. Ashley helped welcome our baby as well as our home with a personalized gift basket. Ashley also helped helped us contend with F.E.M.A as well as a revision to the homes appraisal value. Although the F.E.M.A. issue is not fully resolved, Ashley has assured us that she continue to pursue a better resolution from them. Ashley and her team at Guild Mortgage did a phenomenal job! I recently purchased a house with a VA loan and was told by more than a few people to expect a long, cumbersome process in obtaining financing. Ashley's was the lone voice of optimism.
