The two men arrived and brought my chair to the second floor, took all the covering off put the feet on and were gone, no problems, very polite and were careful not to hit the walls!! Very good. Thank you

The store closest to us didn't have what we were looking for but they let us know that there were some in Pittsburgh, so we made the trip that evening . So glad we did ! Diane Stumpf greeted us at the door, we showed her what we were looking for and she took us right to it . It was close to closing time and she didn't rush us at all, answered every question and even gave us a few tips about the care of the material.
