I worked with Richard and he was so helpful, patient, and kind. I did not feel rushed or pressured at all. Richard interacted with me like a friend through the entire process and answered all my questions. Ashley’s in store customer service will cause me to choose them for furniture every time.

Tim Secreto was the salesman who assisted us. He was great. He was very knowledgeable and he wasn't pushy. He let us make the decisions, but he showed us many options. Will look to deal with Tim in the future.

When I walked in the door, multiple people looked at me and never asked how they could help me so I proceeded to look around. While walking around, I was approached by Steven Arnold as he was making sure I was being helped and I was not so he was very nice and asked what he could help me find.
