This was the first time I had used their services. It went pretty good. They showed up on time and did their job professionally. They have reasonable rates.
Very well. They were professional from quote to the completion of the job. We found their bid competitive/slightly better than other providers. They were very thorough and we are planning on hiring them again for some additional work once we get to that phase of our project.
They were very good. They did everything on time and when they couldn't get out by the time they promised, they called and apologized a ton. I highly recommend them.
They were very clear on the phone explaining the charges, & how I would be billed. The repairman showed up on time within the 4 hour window they had told me, and he was very polite and efficient. He explained what he would do & did his work quickly.
Everything was fine, it was just a little more expensive than I expected. He definitely was not a speedy worker. He did a good job, and he was able to repair the light over the table, which I was worried about. We really like it and were afraid we'd have to get a new fixture. When asked above if we'd use them again, I would really prefer to have answered "maybe." He did a wonderful job.
Ashpaugh was able to fit us in quickly. The gentlemen was punctual and professional. He replaced the breaker. He pointed out that most of the electrical settings were okay and it was probably an issue with the hot tub itself. Which is an unfortunate, because I tried to get the hot tub people out before I paid an electrician. The electrician was very nice though and explained everything, but the issue ended up being the hot tub and I wasted my money.
The men were on time, neat & efficient.
They were very professional, kind, and knowledgeable.
