They were very professional. They came and did what was expected. We were happy and would use them again for future work.
The initial phone contact was pleasant with a delightful young lady. The job was scheduled to take place in 2 days. The worker arrived on time and was a very nice young man who completed the job in the time I expected and left the site clean and the job well done. Altogether an excellent experience.
I was very pleased with their efficiency and competence. The technician did not even have to turn off the electricity to do the repair. The outlet is the one I use to run a pond pump 24 hours a day in the summer. Since rain seemed to short out the outlet, he put a waterproof cover on the outlet. It took him less than 15 minutes. Price included $20 Angie's List discount and $4.00 fuel charge.

They arrived right on time and went to work getting things taken care of very quickly and neatly. He even worked on an ancient old ceiling fan and got that to function properly again. The owner called later that day to make sure we were satisfied with the work. I was due to have my first baby in a few days and the owner, Brian even called a week later to see if the baby had come and wish us the best, which was an incredibly thoughtful thing to do. Bill, the electrician, showed up on time and quickly figured out how to install junction box, by running wiring up from basement. Bill took down old range hood and installed box in one hour and left the area very clean. I was very pleased with the experience and would definitely use them again. Price was high, but maybe that is what all electricians charge.
I spoke to Dave Ashpaugh via phone about an electrical problem I was having. He said I might try fixing it myself and told me exactly how. He said it would cost me too much to have him come out to do the work for such a relatively simple repair.
I contacted Ashpaugh and indicated that I needed to have two can lights replaced (they would supply) and one fan/light (I would supply). They arrived on time (in fact, early). Service technician checked the can fixtures and informed me that all they needed was a slight adjustment. That saved me some dollars.
