We had a section of our kitchen where none of the electrical outlets were working. Dudley came in to access the situation. He was very thorough and ended up fixing the problem. He explained everything he was doing and took the time needed to get the job done right. We were very pleased with the service.

Greg and Cole did a wonderful job! They were efficient and very professional! They explained what needed to be fixed and gave us a detailed estimate for each of the repairs prior to beginning work. We will hire them again.

We were alerted when the electrician left the office, and were kept abreast of his arrival time (a traffic jam prevented on-time arrival). Dudley arrived, assessed the light fixture and plug, and provided good advice about the fixtures we wanted to change. He was methodical, and explained at every step what he intended to do. Fantastic!! Dudley was just wonderful to work with. He was careful with his work, but never dragged out work so as to ring up time. He explained things well and was so nice to have around for the day. He's our new "go to" electrician!

It went really, really well. I've worked with Ashpaugh before with great results. This time was very consistent to the other times. Very knowledgeable and friendly person. Worked fast and efficiently. Provided great service. He investigated and fixed the three projects in about an hour and 20 minutes. I purchased an hour's worth of service and he made sure I got the best bang for my buck. He gave great advice, gave me what I needed and didn't make the projects into more than what was necessary. Electrician knew what he was doing and installation was well done. It was explained to me by the electrician at the start of the job that I would be charged extra over and above my Angies List deal if the work exceeded one hour. I looked at the fine print in the deal and do not find any mention of this. I paid $130 for the deal and an extra $60 for going over by thirty minutes. I am not unhappy because the installation looks great and the electrician was great to work with, but this should be more clearly stated by Ashpaugh ... read more

Our technician, Dudley, confirmed my wife's suggestion that we replace the chandelier light bulbs with lower watt versions thereby reducing the load (heat) on the dimmer switch. The attic pull chain light was more challenging. The attic is entered via a ceiling access panel in the MBR closet. The closet contained a wall switch that we assumed also controlled the attic light.
