I have been seeing Ashraf Sefain for ADHD med management for a couple of months, and have had such a great experience that I also switched my oldest son from his previous provider to Ashraf as well. He always listens intently, asks questions to ensure he understands what we are experiencing, and is respectful and kind. Additionally, it is always easy to get an appointment with him and I never feel like I have to wait ages to see my provider, which is extremely important to me. I highly recommend him!
My child has been seeing Ashraf Sefain at LifeStance for a few months and I will say in just the first session he was really able to see the issues my child was struggling with in home and at school.
