Beautiful venue and the staff was generally helpful. Only thing is that they could have been more consistent with their rules - for example, I was told to not have access to the bridal suite till 9am, even though I would have liked to be there by 8:45am. While the reality was that we could have accessed earlier - my vendors showed up way earlier. I wish I arrived earlier so my schedule wouldn't have been so crammed. Overall I am grateful for the staff's support!

Venue access is always clearly laid out in our contract agreements and when additional access can be given, we always accommodate the requests as best as we can. In this instance, access was contracted at 12pm with additional access given at 10am. 9am was never agreed upon but we adjusted when vendors began to arrive early even though we weren't ready to receive them. So happy I got married here! The food was amazing, Jazzmyne was so helpful and sweet and it’s a very gorgeous venue! Great for those who want everything in the same venue so guest don’t travel and want a chapel but don’t want to be to traditional

Shontel and I had a great time at our wedding. Our day of coordinator Jazzmyne was amazing, she made sure everything was done in a timely fashion. The venue is breathtaking and literally one of the best places you can find in value in the Atlanta area. I had my wedding at Ashton Gardens in May 2019. Overall we had such a wonderful day. The day itself went off flawless! Jazzmyne was our coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! My husband and I had a specific person from the wait staff that brought us appetizers and drinks while we were finishing photos, as well as always made sure we had what we needed throughout the night--such a nice touch! I just had my wedding here, and my husband and I had the wedding of our dreams! Planning a wedding is stressful, but the staff was attentive to every call and email which made the planning process smooth. We had a table served reception and the food was delicious, the vendors I booked were phenomenal, and my guests had a terrific time! Ashton Gardens is aesthetically beautiful, the service is outstanding, food is delicious, and staff is super easy to work with. We all had an incredible experience at Natalie and Andrew's wedding. It was a magical night!! The chapel was beautiful and your accommodations before the wedding was very nice, down to the fruit and cheese in the bridal suite to setting up all our special requests. I will say, I would have enjoyed the pre wedding fun with Natalie if I could have set up the gallery earlier in the day.
