Well, here it is again, heating system with an issue. My home is 5 1/2 years old and every year something goes wrong. I’ll start from beginning, but first, get your coffee, pop, beer, favorite blanket, etc, because it’s a long one. First off, they installed a gas furnace in my storage room in attic that has no heat that froze up first winter I was here. Seems it has a drain on it that drains condensation from the unit, it froze solid and unit shut down. Their fix, pipe insulation. LOL. I had to insulate room to fix problem. ... read more
