Clogged drain/poor sink plumbing fix Roman was the plumber and did an excellent and professional job. Professional in that he educated me on a few things and had great understanding of what was going on. Excellent in that he treated me like he was doing the job for a friend not just another service call.
Very happy with service. Mike was our plumber. Had a kitchen tap replaced and some minor bathroom tap fixes. He was friendly, professional and took care of the jobs. Will defiinitly ask for him again. Only issues is the price for our tap replacement quoted over the phone was far less than the flat fee the company charges. Mike gave an exact price before he began work and I appricate it. Will use again.

Excellent same day service I called on Saturday morning about a broken garbage disposal. Carlton came out that morning and replaced it. The price was reasonable and Carlton was very professional and friendly. I was very happy with the service.

New shut off valve needed for new dishwasher installation. Appointment set for afternoon 11-7-2015. Roman phoned ahead of arrival. Promptly addressed issue and explained procedure and price. Work finished within an hour. Very neat and professional work. Would gladly refer to others.
Roman My kitchen sink clogged and after 3 hours of trying to open it ourselves, I called ASI the next morning because they open at 7. Roman was at my house by 8! He tried to open the drain by taking off the elbow underneath but unfortunately it was more complicated than that and he was impressively adept at figuring out the solution.
