Impressed with Mike Sloan and ASI Plumbing Impressed with Mike Sloan and ASI Plumbing. After experiencing near record low temperatures over the last few days our shower stopped working. Came home this afternoon to the sound of running water flooding into our pantry. Freaking out, we googled Louisville Plumbers. I called 5 companies in all. Carlton was great!! We referred our friend to this company because we used them before to replace our water heater. They were still just as professional as they were before. Carlton was polite and professional and let us know what was going on during the entire process.

Excellent and efficient Carlton showed up on time and quickly examined the problem we were having. He then explained the best way to fix it and made other recommendations to help our plumbing. He worked very efficiently but never seemed like he was rushing to get to the next job. I would recommend ASI and Carlton to anyone with plumbing needs.

Will use ASI Plumbing again A plumber gave me the referral to ASI. I'm happy to find an honest company. Carlton Pierce was my service tech. He was knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job! With "this old house," I'll be calling again and hopefully not for an emergency repair!

Thanks Mike Sloan, great job!! Having any kind of plumbing work done can be a bit scary, but Mike was great! He was here on time, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction. And to top it off, he's a really nice guy! I also liked the fact that I made my appointment online, and knew exactly how much it was going to cost. We will use ASI for any other plumbing needs we may have.

Tommy was very good & represented ASI very well. Tommy came to my home 12.22.13 to work on the plumbing in my bathroom. He was very professional and offered very helpful information for future work that needs to be done. He cleaned up very thoroughly and was a very pleasant and honest person. Thank you!

exellent I have used ASI PLUMBING thu my home warrenty ser but this time I called on my own mike sloan was sent out mike arrived on time and from the moment he steped in my home his level of service was great!! I have never received the service and kindness anywhere I cant't say enough good about mike my husband & I thank you . keep up great work

Nice Job Mike Mike was very professional, did a very nice job, and answered all my questions regarding my plumbing problems. He even helped me solve a very minor problem with a suggestion. I am always a little reluctant to call someone without a referal but your customer reviews were so strong I thought I would give you a try and I had a good experience.
