Friendly/Knowledgable. Would Recommend I do a lot of my own home repairs and easy plumbing tasks but encountered one I knew I needed to call in the professionals. I looked on the internet for good, affordable plumbers in Louisville and found the excellent reviews of ASI Plumbing. I set up my appointment for a two hour interval and they even had next or same day service. gas water heater replace he was on time and did the work quickly and cleanly, also had asked about possibly having other work doen and he gave an estimate for that work as well

Pleasant and Friendly Carlton showed up on time to my house and was very pleasant. He approached the problem from all angles and took care of my home the way he would care for his own! He was polite and great to work with, I wouldn't hesitate to call for him again!

Carlton did a superb job replacing our old water heater Our old water heater finally gave up and I called ASI to get it replaced. We have used ASI on another occasion and were very satisfied with the service. Carlton was prompt,very professional and took the time to explain to me what he was going to do and throughly explained the operation of the new water heater when he was finished. Definitely a good experience with ASI and I would have no problem recommending ASI and Carlton in the future.

Kitchen sink stopped up I called on a Monday morning and a plumber was scheduled for that day between noon & 2pm. Carlton was prompt, professional, NEAT & courteous And fixed the problem within 45 minutes. He was helpful with hints on how to avoid "stopped up lines" in the future. The Best of the Best of the Best! I highly recommend ASI Plumbing and particularly, Carlton. Thank you ASI.

Carlton was Great! I've dealt with several plumbing companies/contractors to address the needs of our home. None have been as prompt and curteous as ASI. Carlton (our assigned plumber) offered great, economical solutions to replace two outdoor hose bibbs that other plumbing companies told me were non-serviceable. By Carlton researching the plumbing part and special ordering the replacement, it really saved us the expense of having to access the fixture from behind the wall. We had a clogged tub drain that needed to be cleared. Mike Sloan was wonderful, as always. I booked the appointment online. Mike gave me a 30 minute courtesy call and arrived right on time. He took a look at the drain, agreed with my assessment and got right to work. He dealt with the issue quickly and effectively. Mike also takes great care with our plumbing system as our house is nearly 100 years old. I am, once again, very pleased with Mike's excellent service.
