I very much did not want to do this but I have had nothing but issues since moving in here just over a month ago. Welcome to aspen chase where they show you a bunch of pictures pretending they’re apartment complex looks amazing and friendly and safe but it’s all for looks i’ve lived here for 1.5 months and it’s been nothing but that it’s disgusting in my hallways they have random people hanging out and yelling all times of day throwing trash smoking cigarettes in the hallways . i’ve also been told that in 3 weeks they will be re doing my apartment hallways has not happened. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
I don't understand the reviews saying it's getting better, other than being pulled in by nice (but empty) customer service. In my 10+ years, this is some of the worst. I cannot believe that they allow broken toilets, harassment (including a lovely "YOU SHOULD DIE!!!" sign that I'll mention since apparently they love this threatening graffiti), and rampant theft (I've had things stolen in the five minutes I've fed my baby--literally EVERY item I've ordered in the last year and a half has been stolen) to continue despite multi... read more
Been here 13 years and honestly wouldn’t have it any other way. The staff is super friendly and actually care which says a lot these days. Most folks in the community are real nice too. I walk a lot and the scenery here makes it worth it every time. It’s beautiful, great for families, and don’t even get me started on the coffee… it’s GOOD lol. Just feels like home. Love this place.
Idk how it’s legal for them to not disclose the fact that there are multiple pest issues, so I’ll disclose for them. Ever since I moved in a little over a month ago there has been a significant roach problem (I.e. in the walls, in the outlets, in the halls, in the drains, dishwasher, cabinets, drawers, bathroom, you name it roaches are there). I have put in multiple maintenance requests, and they have sent exterminators out so I will give them credit, but you have to keep putting in requests or else they will not continue to... read more
