Jason Felts was my project coordinator and supervisor. The first part was the roof the crew was amazing. They kept everything clean out of the reach of my dogs, I am really thankful. I am so thankful for the all you have done so far.
My husband completed a job for this company in Huntsville, AL 3 weeks ago and has not gotten paid. I have tried contacting Trisha several times left voicemail and sent text regarding his check. It’s very sad and unprofessional. She said there was a leak in the garage luckily I took pictures before we started this roof. I know they are known for making up lies in order to not pay their workers.
Stood me up, had an appointment set to schedule Aspen and insurance at the same time. Got a text the day of the meeting at 2 am in the morning saying he couldn't make it and a coworker would be there to cover for him at 8 am. Nobody ever showed, called, text, nothing. So had to do inspection without having the person that talked me into filing the claim there. Disappointed in the level of "service". Summary: Aspen's warranty states great coverage for an exceedingly long time. It is very easy to have a warranty like they do when they will only repair roof/drywall/and interior ceiling. If and when they do a bad job on your roof (as two issues have now been found) they will defend it and tell you to pay for it. The damage to my windows has been quoted at $27,500. We had major damage to our house from a hailstorm. Aspen not only took care of our repairs but also was an advocate for us with the insurance adjusters. They took care of any unsatisfactory work that was done by the contractors. We also appreciated having both roof and siding taken care of by one company.
