I am at a complete loss. In 2015 - Aspen put a brand new roof on my house that was only 3 years old, due to a leak in the garage and hail damage to the time of $26,000 plus. It has been a night mare ever since and continues. They do not stand behind the “life time warrantee” at all. My garage hasn’t quit leaking and the state my home has been left in is absolutely mind blowing. Our roof was redone by Aspen in the spring of 2016, we hired Aspen because we know the couple that run the Aspen of Michigan. In hind sight I wish we would have more thoroughly vetted contractors prior to choosing Aspen. Currently have been getting the run around for 4+ months waiting to get the wall of our house fixed, due to a leak caused by improper step flashing around the chimney. I would not trust that company to work around my house I worked for that company and the gm of traverse stole from me
Terrible GM!! Never returns calls, very very shady, and they will gouge you where they can! The GM's girlfriend is now a convict facing embezzlement charges! Stay away!
