Go to a privately owned practice and not this chain. I was informed I had multiple cavities, had a few filled only for them to fall out, and the remaining cavities that were yet to be filled was charged and not ever done. After seeing my private practice dentist who I have been going to for years, he let me know that I indeed did not need half of what they were offering including the supplementary treatment and additional scans they had offered to get extra $$. Luckily was able to switch out after that experience.
Great experience, everyone was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The doctor was thorough and really explained everything very well. The facility was clean and very welcoming. An overall positive experience, highly recommended them!
I have been a patient at Aspen Dental is Norwalk CT for about 3 years now. I had an appointment that I scheduled in August for last week that the office staff called on me a week prior to the appointment stating that “the hygienist is not in the office that day” fine, I made a new appointment during my working hours (1:15) and that I had to take a 1/2 day off of work for. From the first visit, I felt comfortable. The greeting I received at the front desk was both professional and friendly. The assistants were equally friendly and made me feel at ease.
