I came here for the first time and it’s been a while since I went to the dentist in a while so I was a little nervous getting dental work done with a new dental team. Dr. Trehan was phenomenal and comforting along with one of the dental assistant, Morgan in which they both helped with getting a crown for a decaying tooth. It was quick and I did not experience any pain during the procedure! 10/10 and I recommend anyone come here as they will all take care of you!
My experience started on the phone. It was wonderful! She was so sweet and caring. When I walked in the door, I was greeted with nothing but smiles from everyone. All of them just wanted to help me in any way they could. The doctor I seen was the sweetest man. He took his time with me, made his recommendations and answered all my questions. Just got hung up on! Worse customer service of all the dental offices I've called today. I would give no starts if I could. All I needed was a cost estimate on a root canal. (Trying to get best price with my 2 insurance plans). They said I had to have an evaluation done before they can give me an estimate because they would need to know what teeth need root canals. Fair enough, but I already know that information. I explained I already had an evaluation done at Afdent and knew it would be teeth numbers 14 & 19. He insisted ... read more

Delivered professional and accurate care in a manner that was respectful and courteous to every type of patient, while sensitive to each patients lifestyle and condition. Moving forward with procedures offered at chosen location, will refer any family, friends or anyone seeking true care.
People are friendly and knowledgeable and use state of the art instruments. Dr. Reid is an excellent dentist! He's very thorough and was very patient with me not being the perfect patient! Overall I've always gotten excellent care at Aspen!
