Waited over 3 months for a cleaning just to show up at the office with a sign on the door saying they are no longer seeing patients at the west side a location. I called the east side office and I was not on their schedule. Aspen never called, emailed, or texted to let me know my appointment was canceled and I took off from work for this appointment. Now I am waiting another month to be seen at the east side location and will have to take off from work for that too. If this wasn't the only place that took my insurance, I wou... read more
Absolutely amazing people. Great staff, great dentists. Terrifying experience because you don't realize how scary it is to be awake as an adult for a tooth removal until it actually happens 😂 but for the first time in over a year I was able to wake up with zero pain in my mouth, no sorry throat, nothing. So thank you guys so much at both the Lloyd expressway location and the green River Rd location in Evansville, IN. You guys are fantastic.
Staff was nice and they explained things well. The wait time was pretty long due to not having enough rooms due to many surgeries they had. I went in as a new patient just wanting a dental cleaning but instead they did x rays, etc. I wish they would have told me that before I went in. I understand the importance but thought I was getting a cleaning as well. None the less I have a cleaning in a few days. It was decent experience and I’ll be back of course. I loved coming here. I didn't feel the least but judged, and they figured out what i needed, explained what would happen in both the short and long term, and went over the price of everything that needed done, not just that appointment, both with and without my insurance. That way i can make the informed decision on what appointments to make when, without being blindsided by costly bills. Staff was very pleasant worked with me financially to set up payments. The office was very clean and coordinated. My appointment was an emergency visit for a broken tooth. Dr. Hendrix made sure I was comfortable and well informed with everything she was doing . I will be going back.
