My first visit and possibly only visit. Everyone was very nice and non judgemental. The exam was very thorough. Be prepared to be here for AT LEAST an hour and a half. I was not told this during scheduling. I was there for 2 hours, to examine my teeth, come up with a treatment plan, and go over cost. My first exam at my last dentist took a total of 45 minutes, that's roughly what I went in expecting. I absolutely love how accommodating the staff are at Aspen Dental. They are professional and really helped relax my nerves going in. They also made sure I was treated with the best service they could offer. And got me in almost immediately. I had great conversations, and genuinely felt safe there. I'm someone who FEARS the dentist, and they really helped put that fear at ease. Thank you again to all the staff at Aspen Dental.
After having a not so pleasant experience at my previous dental office I went to Aspen for a second opinion and I'm super glad I did. Everyone was very friendly and the bedside manner was much more appropriate than my former office. Dr. Carlson performed my root canal and I was extremely nervous about needing it. Unfortunately, I am not able to give 0 stars. This was a new patient appointment as my previous provider was no longer part of my insurance. I went in yesterday and had to get X-rays done or they would not proceed with the appointment for cleaning. The technician was very nice but the entire process took very long. I was then taken to a room where the hygienist did a gum test and took a 3D picture of my teeth.
