The website and the actual services differ, and when we pointed that out, we basically got told "haha yeah sorry not our problem." What's the point in claiming you offer emergency dental services and then telling someone who can barely use their mouth that they'd just get a cleaning and X-rays? They don't want to help people without insurance, they want your money. I'm sure they would have had me come back several times for a one-and-done appointment. Have been having work done here since the beginning of 2024 after not seeing a Dentist for a long time. They have made the whole process simple and quick including financing for what insurance does not cover. I’ve had 2 cleanings, 2 teeth extracted and 2 fillings done so far and have had no pain during the procedures. All of the staff have been welcoming and helpful. Would recommend to all!
Today, I received the best quality care I have ever experienced with Aspen Warwick. Beginning with the welcoming staff, they are all invested in making sure the care provided is to your needs. It was a blessing to meet Salma, she was understanding, patient, and caring! What a horrible experience. I waited 45 minutes to be seen. I was told I needed $900 worth of antibiotics on my gums which my insurance company Delta Dental and new dental office said they have never heard of. They charged and took a $35 deductible that delta said I did not owe, was charged $87 for a cleaning which delta said was also a mistake because it would have been considered preventative care, and wait for it... they did not clean my teeth. I am not a willing dental patient. After many years of no care I worked up the courage to contact Aspen Dental in Warwick. I want to assure anyone who has similar anxiety to go there for your care. I have been three times, and each time I was treated with professionalism, respect, and warmth that I have never seen in a dental office.
