I broke a front tooth on my dentures. And of course, this happened on a Friday. Fortunately it was early in the day. I contacted the Aspen Dental located at 9/27 in Natick. I have used them for several years for both upper and lower dentures They were great. I got an appointment within 1 1/2 hours. It started when I enteted the facility, it was so bright and extremely clean which made me feel comfortable immediately. All the staff were very pleasant and very professional as they took cate of my needs. Everything was explained to me as we went along. The finance manager worked with me to set up a payment scheduled that met my needs. All and all o was very impressed as this was my first visit. Deborah Moore
Very happy with my experience. It's been a long time since I been to the dentist because I haven't been able to find anyone who doesn't judge my situation, I have a huge arae of medical issues on top of being pregnant twice since 2020 and it has done a lot of damage to my teeth. The hygienist. The dentist and everyone in-between was so kind and understanding, Listening to my concerns. Explaining what needed to be done etc. definitely recommend and will be back!
Everyone was so kind, understanding and helpful. I have horrible anxiety around going to the dentist specifically and they treated me with so much respect and understanding. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they are. They all put me at ease from the very moment I walked in the door. The worst experience! 4-5 months ago I went for my annual check up and cleaning. They told me I need scaling instead of regular cleaning which is around 2000$ and my insurance doesn’t cover. Also right away doctor tried to put me on antibiotics to rush me into starting the treatment. Front desk was rude, They are just pushing to get treatments that I don’t need by using shame tactics.
