I looked around on google for hours trying to find someone who I felt comfortable going to for a broken filling. Right away the pictures of the clean facility from my google search caught my eye. I called and they fit me in that day. When I came in, I was met by the front staff Sherry. She was so incredibly nice and made me feel right at home. They are very quick with getting appointments when needed. Polite and courteous, professional. I got dentures. They offer an expensive set and a cheap set. My finances are such that I could only afford the cheap set. Not seeing the expensive ones, I cannot make a comparison. I’m satisfied with mine. They is especially convenient that they offer a payment plan.
Although a full denture may not be for everyone my experience has been life changing. I have my confidence back and am very comfortable. Everyone from the staff to the dentist who performed the extractions and fitting were knowledgeable, kind and gentle. Almost 7 years later when I had a broken denture (1 tooth came out) it was repaired/replaced, same day, within 2 hours, at no cost!
While the care was good. Great dental assistant, good hygienist, and good dentist I cannot give this office good reviews. When sitting down with the office staff to discuss insurance they are completely inadequate. Several care procedures that are IN FACT COVERED by my insurance were misrepresented. This now puts the burden on me, the patient, to haggle with the dental office over which procedure, under which code, and which provider is covered! They were quick to help me with my teeth. They took x-rays and spoke to the dentist ,made a plan and set it all in motion.I am very pleased with the way everything went today. Can't wait to get my dentures.
