I asked to pay my bill in full after my procedure. 4ish years ago I had an issue with recieveing a bill for an amount that was different when I had been talking to the office in person so I said "I'm not leaving until I pay because yall change my bills on me". We'll it happened again. Only they sent me a bill almost a year later. What an amazing experience, and I hate dentists. From the moment you walk in you're treated with the utmost respect, no waiting for an extended length of time. Jessica was the first dental assistant that I dealt with, sweet young lady, made me feel comfortable right from the start. DR. From the check in to the payment, I was treated so well and with care and affirmation that the team at Leominster know their stuff. From the front desk personnel to the dental hygienist to dentist and the financial experts/care coordinators!
Went there for 3 years and they refused to do a basic cleaning until I had a 2000 dollar procedure done. Each time I had to get xrays done before they refused the cleaning. Even after I had a second opinion that a cleaning could be done they refused. I went to a different dentist and they told me that I didn't even need the 2000 dollar procedure and they did the cleaning right away. Aspen dental does not care about you, they only want your money.
