I recently made a first time appointment for an 8:00 am visit. I was told to come in 15 minutes early in order to fill in some paperwork. I arrived there at 7:45 am and no one was in the office and the door was locked. I was not very happy with this. Once I did the paperwork I was brought in for x-rays and I felt that the staff did their jobs in a professional manner. The doctor also examined me and told me what she found and told me of my options in dealing with the problem. She was very good at telling me all of this. The staff will try to up-sell you for services that you don't need or want but they did not pressure you to do so. I find that their services are expensive compared to what I'm used to at my regular dentist , especially if you're paying out of pocket. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone that have a good dental insurance plan from their work place.

I was very impressed with the staff, dentist and how quickly they fixed my denture. Everyone from front desk to young lady who helps with financing was very pleasant and helpful. I will be going back very soon. Thank you.

Thanks to my princess Chayanna Velez, for having the dentist and her assistant see me, I was in so much pain and very miserable, I'm feeling better. At least now I can drink water.. I recommend Aspen Dental Methuen.. Now to get some sleep since its been 3 days I haven't slept..
