This was the most amazing experience i ever had with a dentist.He was very gentle, patient, organized and understanding. He explained everything carefully, and checked on me how was doing during the procedure. He also treats his assistant very well. And the assistants to were very very nice.You could see that he loves his job, and everyone there love their job. Overall I just loved my experience and I would definitely make this my home for a very long time to come. Thank you so much for a great service and experience.
I visited Aspen Dental, in N. Smithfield, twice this week . The first visit was with the hygienist. The second visit was with the dentist to have 2 fillings, on my front teeth, replaced. Everything about this facility was clean and orderly. I was taken in for my visit on time both times. The front office staff was pleasant and efficient. Terrible experience! Price changed for implant services every appointment I had. Staff was not upfront with coats nor billing. $23,000 nxt visit it was $31,000 forgot to mention a service. $6,000 difference. Make sure you ask if they have a promotion. Wow! When I asked go figure $3,000 off. Will never walk into another Aspen Dental.
Great experience! I went in for severe tooth pain. Tyler was great with the X-rays took his time and was so careful not to hit the tooth. The exam was easy and painless. There wasn’t an opening at the location for extraction so the office manager did her very best called another office and got me in within the hour. Got the tooth out and the pain is gone. The process was quite and easy!
Went in for a loose filling... The staff was friendly and professional. The exam was thorough, and I was informed of issues I was not aware of. However, almost immediately after the x-rays, they tried to upsell me an unneeded "cancer pretreatment" and oral care devices. After the exam and consult with the Dr., I was immediately shown to the "business manager's" office to discuss the treatment plan and payment options.
