Staff was pleasant, professional, and accommodating of my schedule. Pricing was fair and the facility was clean and organized. Dr and hygienist were kind, informative and gentle in their work. The Krocks Rd location and its staff are wonderful and I encourage everyone to give them a try.
Had a dental emergency (crown fell out) and was in the office literally an hour after I called. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Very happy to recommend.
I had a horrible experience here and will never go to any Aspen Dental locations again. I had very bad wisdom tooth pain and decided it was time to pull them all out. They scheduled me fairly quickly, which is why I went. The staff is very unpleasant from the front desk to the dentist and hygienist. They said my teeth would all fall out eventually and wanted to charge me over $2000 for wisdom tooth removal WITH insurance. One of the charges was for a $200 toothbrush. This is the greatest dental office! Dr.Bashour and Braulie made feel very comfortable. Heather the hygienist was very friendly. Alexandra the Office Manager and Haley the Assistant Manager were extremely helpful at the end of my visit. Would recommend to my family and friends!!
It was so easy to make my first appointment! I was seen quickly, and got all my problems addressed within a week. I was able to get seen without insurance and put on a payment plan. Thanks Aspen!
